Moschetti offers the discerning buyer a complete line of antique pasta machines, prociutto slicers (berkel), scales, and espresso machines. These unique pieces will be delivered to you in collector condition, ready to be the showpiece of your restaurant, hotel, tv show, or even your dream kitchen. They are reconditioned to their original condition and are fully functional. We also welcome special requests.

Berkel slicer:
All of our slicers are restored by expert hands, as they are first dismantled, then sand-blasted, chromium-plated, painted, and carefully reassembled. Their blade is replaced by a new one made of German stainless steel , a material that assures durability and sharpness.

These Berkel slicers are considered the "Ferrari" of slicers and consequently are more expensive. We do offer other slicer brand names that produce a "see through prociutto slice" and are more affordable.
