Extrusion

interchangeable

dies
(i.e.

Sheets
to
Roller
Sheets
can
be
produced
and
automatically
rolled
onto
a
pin
for
use
with
interchangeable
cutters
and
ravioli
dies.
Cutter
The cutter module produces laminated fettucine fed from the rolled pasta sheets. Optional dies allow for varying fettucine widths.
Ravioli
The
ravioli
module
produces
filled
ravioli
with
a
variety
of
stuffings.
Different
shapes
and
sizes
can
be
obtained
with
optional
dies.
